Welcome to the Jusenkyo Anime Club of Presque Isle, Maine homepage. We formed the club in March of 1997 (at least thats when it officially started, but showings took place before then) and have held meetings monthly ever since. After a while, we noticed that we had a lot, if not most, of the commercail anime out there, thats when I found out about fansubs. For the past few months, We have been watching a little of this and a little of that.

News: July 27th 1998

• We have completed our move to Fortunecity's server (finally onto a server which is reliable, for now...), as you see with the ad above (It wasn't my choice, but for 20 MB free, one ad isn't all that bad... now if it would just appear like it should...), there are some changes.
• The next meeting will be held on August the 9th. See the meetings section for more details. If you want to find more about our schedual (hehe, who thought up that word...), than hop on over to the meetings section.
• Your humble webmaster... is back!
• I have started working on a review page for the site (WARNING: it is still not done, but still send in those reviews). Please contribute (I don't want to do them all). I'll even take reveiws on anime that isn't listed there.
• We have lost another member. Tim Dalbeck has departed from Maine in seach of a digital lady (digital otaku that is...). He met this lady on the internet and fell in love... and to make a long story short, he has become engaged to her. So we say thanks Tim to you companionship, to your way of brightening our day, and to the small amount of money that we lent you which we will never see again (just kidding ^_^). Sayonara Tim. We hope you are going to a better place.

^_^
